• Full payment may be required before arrival
• We accept payment methods as displayed on our website

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made within the specified period
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy at time of booking
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas
• Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given
• Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
